The Inn on the Avenue is located in the heart of beachside New Smyrna Beach at 309 Flagler Avenue, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32169. Our inn is currently the only bed and breakfast inn on the barrier island which makes up New Smyrna Beach’s beachside. Built in 2013, the Inn on the Avenue offers modern amenities in an elegant setting.
Each room has been carefully decorated with every item hand-selected down to the very last detail. The common areas are filled with an eclectic mixture of something old, something new. Beach side elegance will greet you at every observation.
There are six guest bedrooms. Each offers a unique opportunity to enjoy your stay while visiting New Smyrna Beach. Because we are located directly on Flagler Avenue, you’ll have plenty to see and do – or you can choose to do absolutely nothing at all!

Breakfast at the Inn on the Avenue
Many of our breakfast items are seasonal. We only offer the freshest of ingredients and the finest recipes from our kitchen.
While many of our guests love to cook their own breakfast on our in-table griddles, some guests do not. If you want to relax and let us do the cooking, we'll be happy to serve and spoil you!
Breakfast is free for our guests. Family/friends may join guests for breakfast based on availability for an additional charge of $12 per person per day. Please notify us as soon as possible when guests will be joining you for breakfast.
